Default Display settings of Word 2002/2003

I've seen some versions of Word where the toolbars and icons are different to
those in the 'standard' versions that I have used. The toolbars are light
blue in colour and the icons have a softer, 'cartoon' style. I much prefer
this version and have been told that it is in the display settings. I have
looked here though and cannot find anything of this style. I use Word 2002 at
the moment... is this the new style of Word 2003? Is is possible to download
an update or purchase an upgrade? I'd appreciate some help! Thank you!

Yes, this is a Word 2003 redesign. I'm glad you like it; many users don't,
at least not at first. I was one who was not thrilled, but I've gotten used
to it.
