I am trying to save work in word. when I go to 'save as', word freezes and
will not respond. I have to ctrl, alt, del to end the programme. This has
only started happening today. I have had the laptop for 2 years.

I am having the same problem it was working fine yesterday now I cant save
any of my work any ideas???
