Default Multiple items per condition

I'm trying to use Leigh Webers InsertDatabase method and I'm trouble with the
WHERE clause. I've got the path and fields, then WHERE Customer_Name =
'{MERGEFIELD Customer_Name}'" \l "4" \b "500" }

If I take out the WHERE clause - it works, but inserts data for all
customers, so I know the problem is with the WHERE clause. Can you help?

Thanks!

My guess is that you may have used ordinary curly braces {} in your WHERE
clause, but what you need to do is insert them using ctrl-F9 and type
MERGEFIELD Customer_Name inside.
