type a couple of letters and whole name shows up where is this
the person who perviously held this job did something I would like to find
out how to do. When I type in All S All Saints Episcopal Church comes up. Where do I go to do this type of programming or change what she has done? |

Tools AutoCorrect Options has the list of existing automatic replacements.
To make a new one, type the completed text in a document, select it, open the Tools AutoCorrect dialog, and enter the abbreviation that you want to use.
