Default Arrow Keys

I have a problem !

One client of mine have a problem that when he press right arrow key, it moves to left, with left arrow key it moves to right with MS Word. I opened excel, same problem. i opened notepad, its working fine, right moves to right, left moves to left.

can you experts help me?

You somehow took it out of design View. It has a design editor . Go to Developer then click Design
Get out of it after you are done so you don't edit the entire sheet by mistake

(in word 2003, it seems to be in Tools - Language - Set Language. You might need to highlight all your text before changing the language setting)
