Default stopping capital letter at beginning of each line

how do you change it so that each line in a word doc does not start with a
capital letter unless its the first word of the sentence.

Stop pressing the return key at the end of a line and let Word automatically
wrap your text. If you are typing poetry or addresses, etc. and need an
abbreviated line then use a line break Shift+Entry
