Can I transfer my birthdays from year to year in a Word calendar?
I have a calendar set up in Word with birthdays and anniversaries. Is there a
way that I can take this data and put it in a 2005 calendar without retyping all of it? |

Not really, other than copy/paste.
If you want this type of capability then you should utilize a calendaring application - not a word processor. For example I use Outlook so I don't worry about reoccurring birthdays and anniversaries - Outlook automatically takes care of them since it was designed for such a task. Word was designed for word processing. This is similar to taking the family sedan to the home improvement store and trying to load a bunch of bricks and plywood into the car. It can be done but it takes some work and you may need to make two trips since a sedan is designed for hauling people not bricks and wood. Now, if you took a truck then it would be easy to load since it was designed for this purpose. -- Please post all follow-up questions to the newsgroup.
