Default How do I add a scroll bar along the right side of the MS Word?

Can't figure out how to turn on the right scroll bar that MS Word had in
MSWord 2003. Can't find it in the new Vista compatible version of MS Word

Cliffrcdkymtn,
Have you tried, Office-button, Word options, Advanced, in the show section
there are two checkboxes for the horizontal and vertical scrollbar.
