Why does my mouse scroll wheel work, then stop, with Word 2003?
When using Word 2003, I will open a Word document and the mouse scroll wheel
feature works. Then, I do something, or something happens (haven't been able to pinpoint exactly what) and the scroll wheel no longer works within the Word document. I have to close the document, then re-open it to get the scroll wheel to work again (but only temporarily until it stops working again). I have two computers with Word 2003, with two different types of mice, and both computers have this same issue. Any ideas or resolutions? Thanks! (BTW - this is my first post in the community, so please excuse any protocol errors). =) |

Try the Mouse troubleshooter in Control Panel, Mouse.
