[Horatio J. Bilge, Jr.]

I am working on a teacher's report. On the first page is a text form field
where the teacher will enter a student's name. I want that name to be
automatically inserted into the header, so it will appear at the top of each
page.

I thought of using an IncludeText field in the header, but that seems to be
for taking text from a different file. The bookmark of the field where the
teacher will enter the name is Text1.
