COpy text out of a form field
Hi --
I would like to COPY the text that has been inserted into a form (text field), and paste the text into a new document, WITHOUT THE GRAY BOX! SOMETIMES i can select portions of the text, and avoid getting the gray box; other times, the entire field of text is selected, and i cannot avoid copying the gray bow along with it. Any ideas? I want to paste into a clean word doc. |

If you first protect the document then you should be able to copy and paste
part or all of the formfield texrt without the formfield itself. If the form is not protected you get the whole nine yards. You can still paste just the text by pasting then select the smartpaste icon and selecting key text only. cmckayw wrote: Hi -- I would like to COPY the text that has been inserted into a form (text field), and paste the text into a new document, WITHOUT THE GRAY BOX!
