Default Emailing Power Point or Word Document

I am trying to email a Power Point document that has photos in it and it
comes up that it is too large to send (10.0 MB).

I tried sending as a Zip file, changed to Microsoft Word and non of the ways
worked to send this document. Please help. I tried to convert to PDF that
would not load either.

Hi Stephanie,

If your PowerPoint file has large images in it, try replacing them with lower-resolution versions of the same images. Given that
PowerPoint presentations are unlikely to be displayed using projectors with more than 1024*768 pixel resolution, that's really all
you need the images to be.
