Auto numbering section continued heading on new page
I use outined numbering on technical procedures. My level three headings are
sections that contain action steps to complete different tasks. When that level three section carries over to the next page I would like to have the level three heading and title listed at the top of the page so the operator can tell, at a glance, which section he is in. For example: 3.2.1 Loading the Default Recipe [A] Enter your user ID. {page break} 3.2.1 Loading the Default Recipe (cont) [b] Enter the required information. [C] Select the appropriate icon. |

Auto numbering section continued heading on new page
There is no easy way to create "(continued)" text in Word. Have you
considered using a STYLEREF field in the header? -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "J.C. Price" wrote in message ... I use outined numbering on technical procedures.
