auto calculation in word 2002
I am trying to insert formulas in a password-protected MS Word 2002 table and
have it do an auto-calc. I have tried inserting a formula from both the "Text Form Field Options" (using Type: Calculation) and Insert - Field - Formula. I can get the field to update with the correct number when I right-click on the cell and select "Update Field" while not password-protected, but cannot get the cell to update automatically while password protected. Any guidance from anyone would be greatly appreciated. |

Be sure you have checked the "Calculate on exit" box in the Form Field
Options for each form field that contributes to the calculation. -- Suzanne S.
