I can right click and copy or cut but when i try to paste into another
document it will not let me paste.

Have you gotten it to work yet? You shouldn't be having a problem doing
that I don't think.

I have had that happen to me in the past too. What I have started doing when
it occurs is place my cursor where I want whatever I cut/copied and do Ctrl
V.
