Default Can't get the layout back to normal.

My layout has gone all squished and I have no idea why. Comparing it to a
normal document, at 50%, the numbers down the left say 1 to 23 instead of 1
to 24. I have tried opening a new document, quitting Word, restarting, and
resetting the page setup but nothing has worked.
