distorted view of word documents
I am having problems with Word Documents. I changed the margins on the
document, and now it looks as if the text runs right up to the top of the page, even though the margin at the top is set for 1". I even have a graphic at the top of the page that looks halfway off the page. When I look at it in page preview, it looks fine, but I want to use the document as an attachment, and I don't want it to be viewed this way by the recepient. I tried adjusting to "print preview" but that did not change things. Any suggestions? -- Rick |

Tools | Options and check White space between pages. Or take the cursor to
the top edge of the 'paper' and click once. It toggles off and on here. You probably clicked at the top edge. -- Rae Drysdale "Rick" wrote: I am having problems with Word Documents. I've also had this same problem for close to a year and could never figure
out what the problem was. Rae, thank you! Tom "Rae Drysdale" wrote in message ... Tools | Options and check White space between pages.
