Default How to insert a table of content at begining of each chapters?

At the start of the document there is a global table of content using only
the first 2 levels.

I would like to display a table of content at the beginning of each
chapters. This TOC would only contain level 2, 3, and 4. The TOC would also
only contain the header for the current Chapter.

3.1 AAA
3.1.1 BBB
3.2 CCC
3.2.1 DDD

Thank you
