Default Formatting numbers in word table formulas

Hi

I have a word table which cotains mail merge fields like the one below:

{MERGEFIELD "Item_No1" \# "$#,##0.00"}

The merged values appear in my table but in the wrong format. For example,
"$109.60" appears in my table as "$109.6".

Where am I going wrong?

Anthony

That switch works fine for me. Maybe the fields need to be updated.
