Default label template does not work

Attempting to print Avery 5160 lables in Access 2003 and Word 2003. They do
not print correctly - prints only 9 rows and they are not in alignment with
the labels. Alignment is good side-to-side, but not down the page.

Do you have a header in your normal.dot template, even and empty one.

Or, if you print the labels on plain paper, do they come out correctly? If
that is the case, it is a problem of your printer not being able to
accurately feed the label stock.
