Create one Style and I get 2 more
I created a style called 10pt, Bold, Centered and I now have another 2
styles, one called Centered, another called Centered, Left, 2.2cm. And I have noticed this occuring in other instances. How do I delete or keep to a minimum duplications of styles? Thanks |

That is usually not styles, but formatting. You can choose not to display an
entry for each combination of direct formatting applied to text: In Word 2007, click the Office button, and then click Word Options. In the Advanced category, clear "Keep track of formatting" (under "Editing options"). Click OK. -- Stefan Blom Microsoft Word MVP "GavinS" wrote in message ...
