Default Revising tables...

I have attached two example tables. Both of those tables are full of numbers which I don't want to type in again (and honestly this is a learning activity for me so I can do it correctly without assistance the next time), but the tables need to look consistent (i.e. the same.) How can I change the 1st table so that it can look like the second table? Directions would be nice... Thanks in advance. The world is a better place with forums like this one, I love the excel forums as well, so people can interact with issues like this. Y'all Rock!!!
