You have track changes selected on the review functions. Accept all changes
and switch off the tracking from the review toolbar. -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org CROISES wrote: Hello During typing a text I have used a key or combination of keys ?? and now in all my text the words I will type to continue are in red and underline. Display the Reviewing toolbar, press Ctrl+A to select the entire document, then click the Accept Change button to get rid of the red and underlining. -- Peter Aitken Author, MS Word for Medical and Technical Writers www.tech-word.com |
