Default Control size of pictures inserted

I need to create a template for users to insert photo documentation in a word
2000 document. Is there a way to set the size of text boxes or frames on a
page so that inserting pictures will not skew the orientation of the other
boxes/frames?

- Insert a table (which can be as little as one cell).
- Click Table AutoFit Fixed Column Width.
- Select the whole table. Click Table Table Properties Rows. Check
the box for "Specify row height", enter a height, and set the last box
to "Exactly". Click OK.
- If you don't want the table borders to print, press Ctrl+Alt+U (or
use the Format Borders & Shading dialog and click None).
- If you want, you can right-click a cell, select Cell Alignment, and
choose any of the nine alignments.

When you put the cursor in a cell of this table and use Insert File,
the picture will automatically be scaled so its larger dimension just
fits within the cell.

The table can be dragged and positioned like a text box, but I don't
generally recommend it because it tends not to stay where you put it.

You can do all the same things -- with the exception of cell alignment
-- with a frame (from the button on the Forms toolbar). Use the Format
Frame dialog to set the frame's height and width to Exact
measurements.
