Microsoft Word, default tabs
I use Microsoft Word on a daily basis (at least 5 days a week). Every day I
have to set tabs for every document I create. I work in a law office, so most of my documents are legal or letters. In most cases my tabs are the same, I have a couple additional tabs for the legal documents depending on the needs involved. I would be estatic if there were default tabs available just as there is for page setup and for font. That way I would not have to go through the process of making changes every time I start a new document . Please pass this idea along to the appropriate persons. ---------------- This post is a suggestion for Microsoft, and Microsoft responds to the suggestions with the most votes. You can set default tabs by defining them as part of the style that you
normally use--tabs are part of text formatting, not document formatting. see: http://shaunakelly.com/word/styles/TipsOnStyles.html and: http://shaunakelly.com/word/styles/ModifyAStyle.html On 7/27/05 11:25 AM, "Jennifer" wrote: I use Microsoft Word on a daily basis (at least 5 days a week).
