Word 2003 sends through blank envelope or page first
Hi All,
I have a client who has customer envelopes saved, 1 document per customer. He just types a new mailing address into the document frame and saves as given name - all was printing fine. At his request I moved the mailing address frame up a little and to the left - I also typed in his new return address under his Company name, and printed out envelopes without any drama. The problem is now for some reason a blank envelope is sent through first before printing the envelope correctly, nothing else had changed. I insert only 1 envelope it sends through a blank page then the envelope is printed. When I check print review it shows just 1 page. I check for a line before the return address - there is no blank line. -- Cheers, Kay |
