Please help me. I just downloaded the trial for office 07. I opened word and
just wanted to try it out, I started typing, and nothing. At the bottom of
the page it's telling me that it's locked. I didn't lock it, I just
downloaded it. None of the help topics covered this.

You must activate the trial software before you can use it. See
