Default How do I index all words in an msword document?

I am trying to take a msword document and create an index at the end. What I
want the index to contain is every single word used in the document including
words such as (and, is, it, but etc..).

I know how to mark a single word.. but is there a way for microsoft word to
go through the document automatically and choose all the words?
