Default Hidden text icon for quick asccess toolbar in 2010

In Word 2007 I added a hidden text icon to my quick access toolbar. I
can't find the hidden text command in the commands of Word 2010. Where
did it go?

Under "All Commands," listed as Hidden, but it has no button icon, so it
will display with the generic green ball.
