Default Showing and hiding text based on variable.

I'm currently using some word IF expressions in a word document that say IF 'text' = 'text' 'Display something' ''

The problem is that now rather than just displaying a string of text it needs to be a paragraphy with bold formating, bullets etc. I'm assuming I might need to create a macro to do this but don't know where to start. I'm guessing one way is to get the macro to run the moment the doc loads and replace a string with the text or unhide specific paragraphs...

Any ideas?!

which version of Word?

You can save the text as AutoText entry and include the AutoText field
into the IF field.
