I have created a user form that is set up in a table for alignment purposes.
When I begin typing in a rich text field it keeps expanding and messes up the
alignment of the whole document. I've looked in the properties and could not
find a size setting. What are my options to fix this?

Set the row height of the table to an exact specified height. In Word 2007,
with the cursor in the row in question, go to the Table Tools Layout tab
of the ribbon and click the Properties button at the left end. On the Row
tab of the dialog, check the Specify height box, enter the desired height,
and change the dropdown to Exactly.
