Default why footnote seperate my pages?

But note that if the text following the continuous break also has
footnotes, and these are sufficiently close to the break, you would
again get the appearance of a Next Page section break (inspite of the
compatibility option), because Word wants to prevent footnotes from
different sections to appear on the same page.
