Turned off every sound on XP, & now need to restore default setti
I turned off every sound on my pc last year. I want to restore them, and have
managed to restore the Microsoft sounds (the reason I turned the sound off in the first place) but cannot restore voice/music/movie type sound, which is what I want. Does anyone have a list of all the places where XP has control over sounds? When I try to reinstall, I get 'but it's already there' type messages, and when I try to use them, the program can't find them. Microsoft 'help' doesn't. |

Try asking in a Windows newsgroup. This one is about Word.
