Track Changes - author changes when saved
Using Word 2002. Track Changes Options is set to "By Author" My name
appears properly when a change is made, but when I save it, my name changes to "Author". My name is in User Information the proper way. Do you know why is this happening? |

Track Changes - author changes when saved
I'm not sure this option exists in Word 2002, but Word 2003 has a Security
Option to "Remove personal information from file properties on save." Or it could be that an AutoClose macro is running the Remove Hidden Data macro. -- Suzanne S.
