I'm having trouble opening ANY type of Microsoft Office file. I have office
2003 and windows xp. When i try to recover the file I get a message stating
that either misrosoft office isn't compatable with my anti-virus program (I
have norton) or that the file has a virus and therefore will not open. I
know that I don't have a virus as I've scanned several times and done all
available updates, plus it happens with files that I can open on other pc's,
but then i e-mail it to my pc and it won't open. I've checked for updates
both through the anti-virus program and microsoft online, I can't seem to
find a solution. Please please help, I need the files and programs for
school. Thank you!
