Default my contacts into dialog box when clicking on 'to'in email'

when i click on 'to' when sending emails my contacts mail addresses do not
come up in the dialog box.How do i get these addresses into the dialog box. I
recently changed to Telstra big pond, I have outlook express

I cannot see a Word related question here?

But in OE, choose Tools, Accounts, double-click the email account and the
very first tab (GENERAL) has boxes to enter your User Information.
