Till now ti took me a business day to find out a solution for copy paste
option. When i copy text from document or web using shortcuts i try to paste
but then instead of pasting the text it pastes just "Hello!". I thing that is
a virus but till now I just tried with Microsoft Antispyware to settle the
problem but no success. Can somebody help me?

Does this only occur with Word? (Can you copy and paste into Notepad OK, for
instance?)

If so, it's probably a rogue Word macro or perhaps AutoText someone's set
up.

Does it only occur with keyboard shortcuts? If so, you can investigate by
using Tools Customize Keyboard. Press Ctrl-V, which should be assigned to
EditPaste, and see what it is set to.

If choosing Paste from the menu has the same effect, then you also need to
look for a macro called EditPaste which is overriding the standard
command - could be in documents, attached templates, or add-ins.

Sounds like you also need to get hold of some virus checking software - if
you don't want to pay out, at least run something like Panda online:
