Default Use MS voice recognition with digital recorder files? wmv

I currently use Dragon Naturally Speaking Preferred 6 to transcribe voice
files I make using my digital recorder. I convert the files to .wmv and
Dragon does the work. I am wondering if I can use these same voice files in
Word? I didn't see an import or insert feature that applied. Just thought
if MS did the same thing I could save the upgrade cost to Dragon Naturally
Speaking Preferred 8. Does anyone know?
