Lock styles in custom templates
Is there a way to lock styles in custom templates. The only person who would
be allowed to change the styles would be the author. |

Lock styles in custom templates
Hi ?B?amNjb2xlNTA=?=,
Is there a way to lock styles in custom templates. The only person who would be allowed to change the styles would be the author. This can be done in Word 2003, only. Anything else would require a macro solution. Lock styles in custom templates
Hi JC,

The funny characters are what my newsreader's automatic "show the name" functionality does with the UTF-encoding the web interface uses. In order to lock the styles: Tools/Protect. The styles stuff can be accessed through the first section in the task pane that should appear. Is there a way to lock styles in custom templates.
