How to normalize (undo) all custom formatting
CTRL+A (select all) Alt+N (apply normal style - you may have to apply this
style from the toolbar) CTRL+Space (removes manual formatting). -- Graham Mayor - Word MVP My web site www.gmayor.com Word MVP web site http://word.mvps.org PDR wrote: Folks in my office have created docs with customized formatting that I now need to turn into consistent (stylesheet-based) formats. How to normalize (undo) all custom formatting
Please make sure you have saved your document before trying this just in
case you don't like the results. Select all (Ctrl+A) and apply the Normal style (Ctrl+Shift+N). ************ Hope it helps! Anne Troy www.OfficeArticles.com "PDR" wrote in message ...
