Don't know what happened to my last post but here goes.

Highlight the word/sentence you wish to change text format and hit
SHIFT F3 This will toggled you through FORMAT/CHANGE CASE dropdown.
Cheers

How can one change text from all caps to small lettering, using the

"Find and
Replace" feature in Word 2003?
Example...JTC in text changed to Jackson State College
The above example changes the JTC to JACKSON STATE COLLEGE; I have

tried
changing the JTC to xxx, then changing xxx to Jackson State College,

but
nothing appears to work. Thanks for any assistance
