I tried that fix, sorry It did not work. I have also done a detect & repair
this did not help. I have checked and it is not profile related it happens to
any one that logs on to the computer. This computer has Access 2000 and
Office XP Pro we have several computers with this setup and no problems. This
computer has been setup this way for at least a year. Any other things I can
try?

Thanks

Hi:
I have this same problem in Word, Excel and Outlook all ver 2002. I went
into the registry and found help files indicated, but with a dot 1 and a dot
2 for each file. I really don't know how to proceed. Did you ever resolve
this issue on your end? Hope you can give me some information.

Hi:
I have this same problem and when I looked in the registery, I found the
files referred to in the kb artical, but with a dot 1 and dot 2 version for
each help file. Now I really don't know what to do. Did you ever resolve this
matter on your end. I hope you did and you can tell me what you did.
