Default copy a word document to brother printer paperport storgage.

brother printer has software paperport, this is used for storgage. I want
to copy a word document to paper port storage, I can print the doc. then scan
it. Is there a easy way.

Print and then scan? Whoa! Please provide a little more about what you are
wanting to accomplish. There may be an easy way, but I, for one, don'g know
what your goal is. By-the-way, If you believe this is a Word problem, what
version of Word are you using?

You might want to refer to your printer's manual.

Chuck, I'm using word 2003, I want to create a document in word then save it
with other documents that were scaned into paperport files like investments,
etc.

Default copy a word document to brother printer paperport storgage.

You can probably print to the Paperport printer driver. Otherwise, upgrade
your Paperport and you can convert a Word document to a Paperport image
within Paperport. You should probably ask this on a scansoft forum since it
really is not about Word.
