Default Searching

I have Windows XP, Word 2002. All my data is in one folder, in that folder I
have separate folders for each doctor I type for. How can I search only one
doctor's folder instead of Word documents or My Computer which seems to be
the only option.

Use the Search facility in Windows Explorer

And select the desired folder before beginning the search.
