Highlighting Cells without Printing
Is there any way to format cells so that they appear highlighted on the
screen, but do not show the highlighting when the worksheet is printed? Thanks, Alison |

Highlighting Cells without Printing
You can't highlight cells per se (you can apply shading, but that won't do
what you want). You can highlight text in the cells, and the highlighting will print only if it's displayed. If you disable "Highlight" on the View tab of Tools | Options, the highlighting will still be present but will not be displayed and will not print. -- Suzanne S.
