How can I type in information on to Microsoft Word forms we are using without
messing up the alignments of the document? Is there specific software that needs purchasing? |

fix your field in either fixed-size table cells or fixed-size frames so that they won't expand. What you are talking about is what Word calls an "online form." Check this in help.
