[Hannah]

Word doesn't show the reviewer's name when I hold the cursor over the change
they've made. I've looked through all the options and can't figure what is
wrong.

Do you have ScreenTips enabled (Tools | Options | View)? What is the state
of the check box for "Remove personal information..." on the Security tab of
Tools | Options?
