Why does the font seem to randomly switch to Times New Roman?
I've noticed ever since I stared using Word for Windows 3.1, sometimes Word
will switch the font I'm using back to the default font, most often Times New Roman. I've never been able to consistently duplicate a keystroke that does it. Sometimes I'll delete a line by pressing backspace, and the font will change. Other times it will happen when I press enter. It doesn't seem to make any sense, and it's been the one thing I've never liked about Word. Is it a bug? Or is it just a case of operator head space? In either case, how can I prevent it? Thank you very much. |
