Pasting problems
I have been having a problem recently when pasting copied information.
When I paste, Word does not paste the copied selection into the document, instead it pastes a copy of what is on my computer screen at the time I copied a selection. I have gone into the clipboard to try to fix it. Every time I go into it there is something in it. Even after I delete it it shows up when I go back in - even when I have not copied something. For example, as I am writing this Word is in the background and I have deleted all contents in the clipboard so there is nothing listed to paste. I kept the clipboard open. When I switched back to Word after typing something here (and not copying anything) the clipboard had something in the first box. Options listed were "paste all" and the delete icon. On the top of the clipboard box it states "clipboard (1 of 12)". I can not get this to go away and past a copied text item. HELP. |
