Default how do we use our own stationery on e-mail

Trying to apply our own staionery to e-mail and can not get stationery to
appear only once. Staionery repeats side by side, and agian when message runs
into next page.
Using Microsoft outlook office 2003

I'd try asking this in an Outlook group, since you haven't gotten any response
here. They generally have a better idea of email-stuff. From your description,
it sounds to me as if the stationary were behaving as a tiled graphic...
